Pyscodlyn Farm Caravan & Camping Site rules, 2026.
Welcome. Please help us keep the site safe, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone by following these rules:
General Conduct
Use of the site and facilities is at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for accidents, theft, loss or damage to property, vehicles, caravans or contents.
Please be considerate to other guests and our neighbours. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
No music allowed on site.
Keep noise to a respectful level at all times, especially late at night and early morning. Quiet hours are strictly 11pm - 7am.
Children & Safety
Children must be supervised at all times.
Drive slowly and carefully (max 5mph) throughout the site and farm driveway, including bicycles and scooters. Watch for animals and children.
Fires & BBQs
NO firepits or open fires at any time.
BBQs are permitted but must be raised off the ground. Bricks are available at field entrances.
Site Facilities & Hours
Reception is open 8.30am – 12.30pm and 4.00pm – 7.00pm. Emergencies only outside these hours.
Pitches are available from 12pm. Departure by 11am (ask at reception if you need a late stay; charges apply).
Waste & Recycling
Use bins for household waste only. Do not leave large or electrical items, awnings, chairs, BBQs, etc; take these to your local refuse site.
Use the correct recycling bins.
Dispose of grey water and chemical waste at designated points near the gents’ toilets.
Only flush toilet paper, no wipes or other items.
Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Do not allow dogs to foul the site; always clean up after them.
Prevent excessive barking.
Walk dogs off-site rather than in caravan/tent fields.
Do not leave dogs unattended.
A dog exercise area may be available (subject to farming calendar). Please pick up after your dog, livestock health depends on it.
Activities & Restrictions
No fireworks/lanterns.
Ball games (football, rugby, etc.) are not permitted.
Drones are not allowed.
The road gate is closed at night (not locked).
Vehicle Policy
Only private cars, 4×4s, and standard campervans are permitted on the touring field. Commercial, trade, or work vehicles - including vans, pickups, flatbeds, sign-written vehicles and trailers used for business purposes - are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing before arrival.
All vehicles must be declared at the time of booking. Any undeclared vehicles arriving at check-in may be refused entry in accordance with our site rules.
Each pitch includes one vehicle. Additional vehicles require written approval and may be directed to overflow parking if space allows.
No business, trade, or work activity may be carried out on the site. This includes the storage, display, or use of tools, equipment, machinery, or materials associated with work vehicles.
All vehicles are subject to a routine compliance check on arrival. If a vehicle does not meet the requirements of this policy, the booking may be cancelled and refunded.
Vehicles must be driven at a safe speed and with due care at all times. Dangerous driving, excessive noise, or behaviour that risks damage or nuisance may result in removal from the site.
The site reserves the right to refuse entry or request departure where vehicles or associated equipment breach these terms, pose a safety risk, or cause disturbance to other guests.
Compliance
We reserve the right to remove anyone not adhering to these rules or behaving unacceptably.
